How to install the card
reader? |
|
There is a disc along with
the card reader. Simply insert the disc into your CD-ROM
to execute the software and the card reader installation
will be done.
1. The control software is applicable to all sorts of
patterns.
2. If you are unable to make the driver run successfully
as yours have already installed other card
reader, please
call our card reader service line, (02) 2655-3510, our
professional staff will
assist you to install the system
successfully.

How to identify whether
the card reader is broken or HIS system crashes? |
|
You can learn the card reader
is normal by operating the card reader self-test button
or using the test card to verify. If you still are unable
to identify the problem, you can contact the HIS supplier
or the hospital MIS staff. |

What you are going to
do if the card reader crashes? |
|
Please follow the below instructions
to replace your card reader
1. Switch off the card reader, and make sure the power
light has already gone out.
2. Reverse the card reader and loose the two screws down
on the back cover.
3. You will see the lid on the left side once you loose
the cover and there is a safe mould chip
inside, please
take out the safe mould chip.
4. In the same say, loose the two screws down on the back
cover of the new card reader, and set
the chip back to
the original place.
5. Follow the above instructions to move the lower cover
back, and tighten up the two screws.
(Be sure to tighten
the screws firmly)
6. In the end, plug in the card reader, also insure the
power light is on. Then the installation is
completed. |
